Considerable effort has been made to ensure that a purchase at Royal Shopping is as secure as possible. Below you will find more information about how to shop and about your money-back guarantee.

Gift wrapping as a special service


As a special service, we will gift wrap your purchase at no extra cost! All you have to do is click the 'gift wrapping' box when viewing your basket.

How your order is delivered


All orders are shipped via UPS Ekspress with only two days of delivery from Copenhagen to your door-step in the United States. All in-stock products will be shipped within 3-4 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and is not in stock within another 4 business days, we will ship it separately as soon as it is back in stock. Your order will be delivered to your door-step, no extra costs apply.

How to pay


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express. The payment conditions are in accordance with Danish laws and regulations regarding online payments in Denmark. To complete your purchase, type your card number, expiration date and the card security code (CSC number), and then click 'send order'. The total purchase price will be debited to your account once your order has shipped. However, as soon as you have clicked 'send order', we will send you an order confirmation by email. We recommend that you print the order confirmation page or write down your order number.

Considerable effort have been made to ensure that all the personal information you provide is handled securely. All information is encrypted in accordance with the highest international standard of security (SSL). Furthermore, we assure you that all credit card information will be erased as soon as your purchase has been completed.

How to get a receipt


As soon as you click 'send order', your purchase is registered at Royal Shopping, and the shipping and payment procedure is initiated. If you are ready to complete your purchase, simply click 'send order', and we will confirm the purchase with an order number. We recommend that you print the confirmation page or write down the order number. A few minutes after your purchase has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipping address and estimated shipping time. You will receive another e-mail as soon as your purchase has been shipped. Please, make sure that your e-mail address is correct so that we may contact you with additional information.

How to receive a purchase


Shipping and handling costs are shown in your order before you complete your purchase, and will also appear on your invoice. Shipping and handling costs include UPS Express shipping charges, insurance (4% of the total amount) and duty paid.

Product Liability


Damages to people or property are our liability only in the event these are covered by the product liability legislation. We are not liable for any other type of damage. We thus disclaim the product liability for damages that arise from faults or negligence on our part.

In the event damage is done to a third party or to third party's property, which entitles the third party to compensation, compensation will be paid by our insurers, regardless of whether the damage can be traced to faults or negligence on our part. However, this does not include damages covered by the product liability legislation; and such a division of liability is in conflict with the unalterable statutes in the law. Under no circumstances does product liability cover operational losses, loss of time, or profit or any other indirect losses.

Broken or damaged items

A 30-day money back guarantee


Royal Shopping offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. As soon as we have received your returned item(s), we will credit the full amount back to your credit card. You are responsible for shipping costs for returned items, unless the return is due to breakage during shipping. Please allow a few weeks until the amount is credited to your account.

Return Conditions


We know that there can be all kind of reasons for returning a purchase, and we will never interfere with yours. On the contrary, we are solely focussed on ensuring that the return or exchange of your purchases is handled in the best possible way. Royal Shopping is not responsible for minor differences in color and size of hand made porcelain and glass items. It is part of the charm and uniqueness that no two items are alike. As Royal Shopping does not see this as a mistake, we do not consider such items to be damaged or defective. Therefore, should you choose to return a hand made item because of a minor difference in color or size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

General conditions


Prices at Royal Shopping are subject to change. However, if you choose to return a purchase within the 30-day money back guarantee, you will of course be credited the amount shown on your invoice.

We cannot take on responsibility for printing errors or other deficiencies.
